Jurlique Nutri Define range review: Serum, Eye Balm and Rich Cream.

Recently I was kindly gifted a few items from the Jurlique Nutri-Define range, which is formulated to improve skin's Collagen VII and Collagen I production by up to 46%, making it ideal for mature skin and advanced signs of ageing. It uses Biosome6 Technology to help achieve naturally firmer skin.

The term Biosome6 derives from the Biodynamic farm practices at Jurlique, usage of Liposome technology and the six farm-grown extracts of Spilanthes, Horseradish, Marshmallow, Calendula, Rose and Lavender.

The Nutri Define range comes packaged in copper cardboard boxes featuring rose gold text. The glass packaging inside features the same copper shade with rose gold accents which feels luxurious and looks elegant, however the writing is a silver shade which makes it harder to read.

Nutri-Define Supreme Rejuvenating Serum: Besides the Biosome6 ingredients it also contains Summer Snowflake Bulb Extract, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Tremella Fuciformis Polysaccharide, and Vitamin E.

It is designed to improve the barrier function and has a light gel texture with a slight oily feel, however any oiliness disappears once it is quickly absorbed into the skin. It leaves a velvety look on the skin and makes it feel hydrated, soft and smooth.

The only thing I would change is the cap, as it does not cover the nozzle which leaves the pump exposed and can result in any residue drying out and clogging it.

Nutri-Define Supreme Eye Contour Balm: Like the serum, contains Biosome6 and Summer Snowflake Bulb Extract; plus Oils of Meadowfoam, Olive and Jojoba; Beeswax, Alfalfa Seed Extract and Hydrolysed Lupine Protein.

Having acne-prone skin, the name Balm made me a bit nervous as I imagined something akin a cleansing balm but it is not the case at all.

This rich cream melts into the eye area leaving it nicely moisturised, soft and supple, while looking less puffy. It comes with a metallic applicator that helps massage and cool the skin which feels very relaxing.

Nutri-Define Supreme Restorative Rich Cream: Also contains Biosome6, Summer Snowflake Bulb Extract and Vitamin E, plus Shea Butter.

As I have skin that is prone to acne, the name Rich Cream also made me a bit nervous however this product did not feel heavy on the skin or cause any breakouts or clogged pores.

Only a small amount is needed for the whole face and neck. It does not take long to melt into the skin, leaving it soft and moisturised. It also seems to give me a sun kissed glow which is nice as I am quite pale.

All the products I tested feature the same warm, herbal scent which does not linger.

For best results it is recommended to use the products twice a day. When warming up the product between your hands it is best to avoid rubbing it too much as the texture becomes whipped due to the natural ingredients, which makes it harder to spread and can take longer to absorb.

The only downside to this trial is not having enough time to test the products long enough to be able to compare results against the claims of 28 and 56 days before having to submit my reviews.

However, even after 2 weeks I can already see some results and believe my skin feels a bit firmer and lifted, with the look of nasolabial folds improved. My skin also looks glowing and feels soft and supple.

Have you tried the Jurlique Nutri Define range?
