A couple of weeks ago I received the Sungboon Editor Green Tomato Pore Lifting Ampoule+, kindly sent to me by the brand.

This Ampoule is designed to lift pores, improve wrinkles and brighten the skin thanks to Green Tomato Extract, plumping Volufiline and exfoliating PHA. It also lightly moisturises with Ceramides.

Other notable ingredients include Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Allantoin, Adenosine, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Panthenol, Moringa Seed Oil, 5 types of Hyaluronic Acid, Tocopherol, Daisy Flower Extract and Anti Sebum P.

This ampoule features a strong floral scent that does not linger. It has a lightweight texture that absorbs fast and does not dry out or irritate my skin. 

I have oily skin prone to acne, so my pores tend to look enlarged and get clogged easily. After using the Green Tomato Pore Lifting Ampoule for 2 weeks I can see that my pores and skin texture look more refined. 

This Ampoule would be a great option if you are looking to gently improve texture and I believe it would suit all skin types.

A couple of months ago I received the Sana Jardin Discovery Set.

This set comes beautifully packaged in a cardboard box which displays the 8 fragrance samples nicely. It also contains a brochure indicating the top, heart and base notes, plus a brief description for each fragrance. 

• Berber Blonde - soft, clean citrus, lightly refreshing and soapy. Standout notes: Bitter Orange, Orange Flower Water and Musk.
• Tiger by Her Side - warm and spicy, delectable and comforting. Standout notes - Cinnamon Bark, Rose Absolute, Vanilla and Frankincense

Last month I received the Cosmoss Fragrance Free Face Cream

The Cosmoss line was created by Kate Moss as holistic self-care for balance and rejuvenation, with mindful beauty sourced in nature. I am a big Kate Moss fan so I was very excited to be selected to test this product. 

The Cosmoss Face Cream is designed to be used as both day and night cream, with a nourishing formula that restores firmness and elasticity.

It comes packaged in a green box with gold writing, containing inside a green glass jar with a weighted gold tone lid. It feels luxurious, and the cosmic symbology on the lid adds a mystical mood, which I adore.

It is infused with Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Musk Rose Seed Oil, Bakuchiol, an Icelandic Plant complex of Lichen, Moss & Fern, plus Nettle and Burdock Extracts. 

I received the fragrance free version, so the natural scent of the ingredients can truly be perceived, and what starts as a slightly bitter herbal smell then turns into a sweet, creamy scent reminiscent of butter. 

This cream has a delightful buttery texture as well, that despite the nourishing ingredients it feels non-greasy and leaves a beautiful velvety finish. 

My skin is left feeling soft and hydrated, and after a couple of weeks of use skin texture seems to be improved, with a smoother appearance.

I would recommend this product if you are looking for a nourishing and lightweight moisturiser with anti-ageing properties.

Spacegoods Rainbow Dust in Vanilla Cinnamon Flavour

Last month I received a trial pack of Spacegoods Rainbow Dust in Vanilla Cinnamon Flavour.

Designed to increase focus and provide sustained energy throughout the day minus the jitters, it uses a blend of Lions Mane, Cordyceps, and Chaga Mushrooms; plus Ashwagandha, Maca, Rhodiola, Vitamin B5 and Coffee Extract. 

This milky drink is very easy to prepare, just add the powder to a cup of hot or cold water and mix. It can be made creamier by adding to hot or cold milk instead. 

Even though it is formulated with several mushroom and root extracts, there is no strange smell or taste, only a nice creamy, cinnamon flavour. This drink tastes quite sweet and has a slight bitter aftertaste from the stevia. It did tend to settle at the bottom of my cup but it is not unusual for powdered drinks to do this.

It generally takes me until the afternoon to get started with my day (see Regigigas' ability), however, within the first hour of drinking the Spacegoods Rainbow Dust I felt more awake and relaxed at the same time, even though I was unable to finish the whole drink as I found it too sweet towards the last third of the cup.

I would love to see a caffeine free option, sweetened with xylitol to avoid the bitter aftertaste. 

Overall, a nice and interesting way to improve energy and mood in the morning.

Me+ Mattifying SPF 50+

Recently I received the Me+ Mattifying SPF 50+, kindly sent to me by Superdrug.

This sunscreen promises to protect the skin while leaving a shine-free finish. It is infused with Shea Butter, Vitamin E and Ceramides to nourish; plus Extracts of Cinnamon Bark, Sanguisorba and Ginger Root to soothe and improve pigmentation.

The Me+ Mattifying SPF 50+ has a light lotion texture which is easy to spread on the skin and absorbs fast. It does not have a matte finish on my skin, however, I do not mind as I usually wear mattifying powder over my sunscreen.

This sunscreen is very comfortable to wear, even around the eye area, it is non-greasy or sticky whatsoever, leaves no white cast and it is also easy to remove at night as it uses organic (or chemical) filters. 

It did not irritate my skin, dry out my under eye area or cause any breakouts.

It has a PAO of 18 months which is longer than usual, so great if you tend to swap products on different seasons. It is also cruelty free and suitable for vegans.

Overall, a really nice sunscreen that I would definitely recommend for combination to oily skin types.
