Last February I got the Garnier Ultra Lift Eye Cream as a gift from Dot. I always like to try new eye creams in the hope that one will actively make the incipient dehydration lines under my eyes disappear.
The Garnier Ultra Lift Eye Cream claims to be anti wrinkle, firming, radiance boosting and brightening thanks to the use of regenerative plant cell extracts and pro-retinol.
The ingredient list is actually quite impressive, including glycerin, shea butter, caffeine, sea holly extract, soy bean protein, rice protein, apple cell culture extract, retinol and sal tree extract.
What I like about this eye cream is that it is very lightweight and easily absorbed without leaving a shiny or greasy look. The moisturising ingredients make the area feel soft and supple and it seems to help with under eye darkness - though I'm not one to have a lot of problems with under eye circles.
About lines and smoothness on the skin around the eye, I can't really tell. It seems to be less pronounced, the 'creases' that form when I smile, but I'm not sure if it is this cream or the fact that I've also been layering it under a hydrating serum containing hyaluronic acid and ceramides for the last couple of weeks- or maybe it's the combination of both products?
Either way, this is a really nice eye cream and also quite affordable, especially when on offer so I will definitely be repurchasing it soon.
Have you tried this eye cream?
