@skincarestationery PURITO haul featuring the Deep Sea Droplet Serum and Deep Sea Water Cream 🌊 #skincarehaul #asmrhaul #skincaretexture #peptides #purito #kbeauty #textureshot @PURITO @Picky | Kbeauty 💌 ♬ Sunshine - WIRA
A couple of weeks ago I received a couple of PURITO products from the Deep Sea range to test and review.
The PURITO Deep Sea Droplet Serum comes packaged in a white cardboard box, containing inside a sturdy clear plastic bottle with a light blue gradient label and a removable rounded cap. It uses a pump to dispense the product.
This serum is designed to hydrate and nourish the skin thanks to a Marine Complex and Snow Mushroom. With over 66% Deep Sea Water, Glycerin, Hydrolysed Glycosaminoglycans, Tremella Extract & Polysaccharides, plus Glasswort and Algae Extracts, this serum leaves skin feeling hydrated and soft.
It also features Ectoin and Allantoin to soothe, as well as Adenosine, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 and Copper Tripeptide-1, which have anti-ageing properties.
It is recommended to use 2 to 3 pumps however, I find that 2 or even just one pump is enough for my whole face.
The Deep Sea Droplet Serum is a very lightweight and hydrating fragrance-free serum that does not irritate my skin. It layers well with other products and the nearly-invisible capsules dissolve easily on application, leaving no residue.
Would definitely recommend this serum if you are looking for a gentle, hydrating serum with peptides.
The PURITO Deep Sea Water Cream comes in a recycled cardboard box holding inside a large pharmaceutical-looking tube with a screw-on cap.
The cream is designed to provide deep hydration from the inside out and balance the skin's oil-water levels thanks to 60% Deep Sea Water and 2% Niacinamide, plus Sodium Hyaluronate. Other notable ingredients include soothing Panthenol, several Marine Extracts, Macadamia Seed Oil, Adenosine and Arginine.
This moisturiser appears to have a gel-cream texture, however, it is more occlusive thanks to silicones but does not feel heavy on my oily skin when applied.
The Deep Sea Water Cream is easy to dispense and apply; it is unscented and gentle on the skin. It moisturises well and layers well under sunscreen. It is comfortable to wear and has slight blurring properties.
The only thing I don't love is that the packaging doesn't match each other but it would not deter me from using or repurchasing these products.
I would love to see an eye cream with peptides in this range and also ceramides added into the current range.
