Save the Blow Dry Shower Cap

Did you know that, on average, we girls spend over two hours a week blow drying and styling our locks? You might have experienced the great disappointment that comes after you have a shower or bath and end up with frizzy hair, wondering if there will ever be a solution to this problem. When I received Save The Blow Dry to try and review, the first thing I noticed was the packaging, I love the vintage style picture reminiscent of Soap and Glory and Benefit products. 

The shower cap itself is really big, so there is lots of room if you have long hair or an elaborate up-do that you want to protect/keep for longer. It has a cute bow print all over and a pink micro weave soft towel attached on the inside.

Since my hair is long, I used a couple of hair clips before putting the cap on and then proceeded to shower as usual. It is really comfortable and has a nice grip, so hair doesn't come out after you put it on. When I went back in my room to get dressed and took the cap off I was really pleased to see that my hair was actually intact: no frizz or flattened locks! 

One thing I noticed is that since the trim of the cap is made out of fabric, water did transfer a little to the inside brim of the cap, but it did not affect the overall performance of the product and kept my hair completely dry.
