One of the gifts I received for Christmas last year was a bottle of DKNY Stories perfume, which came with a matching shower gel.
DKNY Stories is a sweet and floral fragrance that's feminine in scent as it is in packaging with a sculptural NYC skyline-inspired bottle and pink tinted perfume. The top notes consist of pink pepper, pink guava mousse & black cardamom; heart notes of jasmine sambac, white tea & black iris; and base notes of vanilla bean, white sandalwood & grey amber accord.
I like that this perfume is quite sweet but not cloying, thanks to its gourmand notes. And if you're not a fan of musky base notes, then this is perfect for you as there are none in this fragrance.
The shower gel's scent is quite strong and it definitely lingers for a while, helping to amplify the staying power of the perfume, so I do recommend using them together.
